Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tee. If the size isn't right, we've got you.

Size Exchanges We offer a one-time size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@postandmark.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll take care of the rest.

Store Credit Prefer store credit instead? No problem. We'll issue a Shopify gift card for the value of your item, valid toward any future purchase at postandmark.com.

What We Can't Exchange

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Defective or Wrong Items If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, we'll make it right immediately — no questions asked. Just email us a photo and your order number.
